On behalf of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and pursuant 
to section 45a(12) of the Administrative Procedures Act of 1969, MCL 24.245a(12), I 
hereby request the withdrawal of the following rule set from consideration by the 
Joint Committee on Administrative Rules (JCAR):


(2022-10 AC) Regulation No. 623 Field Seed Certification

Section 45a(12) requires the withdrawal of all rules pending before JCAR at the 
final adjournment of regular session in an even-numbered year.
