Good morning,

On behalf of the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, and pursuant to 
section 45a(12) of the Administrative Procedures Act of 1969, MCL 24.245a(12), I 
hereby request the withdrawal of the following rule set from consideration by the 
Joint Committee on Administrative Rules (JCAR):


(2021-81 LR) Nurse Aide, Nurse Aide Trainer, and Nurse Aide Training 
Program, Certificate of Registration and Permit Program.


Section 45a(12) requires the withdrawal of all rules pending before JCAR at the 
final adjournment of regular session in an even-numbered year.
