    Comment : I am puzzled that the committee will strike the requirement to pass law exam, but insist 
on keeping the bias training requirement. I am not sure if you have full understanding of it means to be 
a pharmacist and why passing Jurisprudence exam is necessary. pls take into consideration the 
suggested changes below.

knowledge of the code and

competently practice
pharmacy in this state.
A pharmacist needs
knowledge of both state and

competently practice in this
state as identified in the
competency statements of the
MPJE exam. This would
allow an applicant who failed
the Michigan MPJE to obtain
a license in another state and
then by endorsement get
licensed in Michigan if they
attest to the department that
