Administrative Rules #: 2019-33 AC

            On March 13, 2020, the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development filed administrative rules entitled, “Regulation No. 629: Seed Potato Certification Requirements,” dated July 25, 2019, and effective January 1, 2021.  Pursuant to MCL 24.247, we respectfully request the withdrawal of this rule set. MCL 24.245a(1) provides that the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules has 15 session days after receiving a rule transmittal to consider a rule. Due to a mistake in the calculation of session days, this rule set was filed prematurely.
