These rules take effect immediately upon filing with the secretary of state unless adopted under section 33, 44, or 45a(6) of the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.233, 24.244, or 24.245a. Rules adopted under these sections become effective 7 days after filing with the secretary of state.

R 281.737.6 of the Michigan Administrative Code is rescinded, as follows:
R 281.737.6Coldwater lake; hours for high-speed boating and water skiing.Rescinded.
Rule 6. On the waters of Coldwater lake, sections 29 to 31, town 15 north, range 5 west, Nottawa township, Isabella county, an operator of a vessel, during the period from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. of the following day, shall not:
(a) Operate such vessel at high speed, which means a speed at or above which a vessel reaches a planing condition, or
(b) Have in tow or otherwise assist in the propulsion of a person on water skis, water sled, surfboard or other similar contrivance.
