The public areas of the Capitol include the rotunda and its galleries; the main corridors; the grand staircases; the ground floor entrances; the first floor exterior porches and staircases; all exterior building surfaces; and the Capitol's grounds, defined as the property on which the state Capitol building is situated, bordered on the north by Ottawa Street; on the east by Capitol Avenue; on the south by Allegan Street; and on the west by Walnut Street.

 To schedule a Capitol Event or Exhibit the Capitol Event and Exhibit scheduling form Capitol Event and Exhibit scheduling form must be completed by the responsible party. This document is in a .pdf format, and can be quickly downloaded and completed on your desktop. However, this 4-page form MUST be returned to to the Capitol Events Coordinator with a valid signature by mail or by fax to the address or number above. Electronic signatures cannot be accepted at this time.
